Hello, my name is Aya. I am  an accountant.

I started a new hobby last year. It's “Oshikatsu,” which activities and efforts made to support a favorite celebrity, idol, or character.  I'm sure that many of you reading this may have a favorite YouTuber or two.

I became a fan of a YouTuber and went to a live show for the first time in my life. I also had a lot of new experiences such as watching live videos on a big screen with my Oshikatsu friends and getting excited.

Moreover, I started to enjoy listening to my friends talk about their fav after starting the Oshikatsu. I have more opportunities to go to live music clubs and jazz bars, which stimulates my new senses and gives me more time to enjoy using all five senses.

The other day, a friend of mine invited me to a jazz bar. It was the second time I had been taken to this slightly mysterious bar in Sakuragicho, Yokohama. I like this place because the slightly surreal atmosphere seems to express the raw voice of humanity better than a stylish, upscale jazz bar.

I chose “Hug Hug” Nile Breeze as my accompaniment; the bright blue color looked great in the dimly lit restaurant.

I am not an expert, but when listening to jazz, I feel that we can communicate with each other through sound. We usually live in a world of words, but I believe that by sharpening our senses through music and art, we can feel the unspoken thoughts and voices of our bodies and overlap each person's voice.

Looking back, andu amet is one of my jobs, but I am involved in it because I want many people to know this worldview, and perhaps it is “Oshikatsu” in a broader sense. Through the bags, I learn, think, and reflect on Ethiopia, a country I have never been to, and it enriches my five senses.

For me, andu amet bags are part of Oshikatsu.  Who is your favorite?
