On February 1st, andu amet celebrated its 14th anniversary thanks to your support.
To express our gratitude, we will host the event “Roots to Future” at our Omotesando concept store.

andu amet is currently in the midst of rebranding.
Our logo, visuals, and brand identity are all evolving.
While cherishing what we've built so far, we are moving forward into a new form.

On the day, designer Samejima will discuss why we are undertaking this rebranding now, what we intend to preserve, and what we plan to update.
He will share the background and thinking behind these decisions.

We will also host a cross-talk session featuring special guests.
We hope this will be an opportunity for you to experience the process of the brand's rebirth.

A performance collective that takes the physicality and spirituality inherent in Japanese traditional culture as its starting point, renewing it into contemporary expression and continuously sharing it with the world. They create new forms of beauty while deeply exploring their roots. This approach resonates with the very questions andmet is currently confronting. Highly acclaimed both domestically and internationally, they will also perform in Ethiopia in 2024. On the day, they will speak about “change” and “inheritance” from their perspective as artists who continually renew their expression.
