Join the African Bazaar at our Concept Store!

Since the opening of the andu amet Concept Store in 2018, we've held our annual summer event, the "African Bazaar," to share the beauty and potential of Africa with more people.

This year marks the 5th edition of this event, and we are excited to announce that the theme for 2023 is "Eyes of Africa."

Unique and Innovative! Featuring Approximately 100 Items from 10 Brands

Although we often refer to Africa as a single entity, the continent is home to a myriad of ethnicities and cultures, each with its own perspectives on design and standards of beauty. Traveling through Africa, one often encounters viewpoints that challenge our everyday "common sense," awakening new sensitivities.

At this year's event, we have created a space where you can experience these unique and innovative "Eyes of Africa." We will showcase fashion items and art pieces that are both practical for everyday use and aesthetically captivating. Our curated selection includes about 100 items from 10 brands, such as "SHIFT80" (Kenya), an ethical collective aiming to shift the world by sharing 80% of its surplus profits with Africa, and "Bereesera" (Uganda), a handmade brand focusing on African leather and prints established to create employment opportunities for women.

Expect vibrant fashion items with distinct African colorings, charming and quirky craft goods that bring warmth to your space, standout art pieces, and unique tableware. These one-of-a-kind items are sure to infuse excitement into your everyday life.

In addition, you can explore andu amet products such as the long-awaited restock of "&Hug," the travel-friendly "Make My Day," the lightweight "Comfy," and "Airy."

This summer, embark on a passport-free journey to Africa and enjoy the rich cultural offerings at our bazaar.
